Hikari Kesho Fine Art
Italian photographer Hikari Kesho's site features galleries of some of his favorite work, along with notices of upcoming exhibitions, biographical information, model calls and a store. My advice? Go straight to the galleries, where you'll find seven sets of twenty to thirty images each. There's a striking set called "Fetish," focusing on piercing, bondage and heels; another set called "Shibari" features models bound and photographed by the artist. The set I enjoyed most was Kesho's "Boundless" collection, which portrays Shibari bondage on women he refers to as "abundant." There are precious few images of larger women that combine beauty and strength to the degree these do. These works capture poise, character and serenity in a way you might think impossible considering the bound nature of their subjects. I was mesmerized. - AAG
